SALON POLICIES

We believe that a referral is the best compliment that you can give us. When any new client comes in for a first appointment and says you referred them, you will receive, along with a thank you, $20 off your next service of $100 or more.

We realize that you may need to switch to a different stylist based on a variety of reasons - schedules, prices, or sometimes just to get a different perspective. Please feel free to ask us for a referral to another in-house stylist. All of our stylists are very supportive of one another. We keep detailed records of your service history and color formulas. All our stylists have equal access to this information. And, don’t forget, we have our own in-house assistant program. Our stylists have received their training from our own designer stylists and owners. In this way, we can ensure that no matter whom you see, you will receive the same high quality service to which you have grown accustomed.

If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you the opportunity to return to the salon for us to redo the service. Redo’s are scheduled the same as regular appointments and are provided at no charge. We ask that you please call to schedule the redo within two weeks of the original service and that the redo be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the service. However, in the case that the original stylist has no time available, or if you feel that the technician is unable to provide the service, an exception may be made by the approval of management for the redo to be scheduled with another technician. If you request the service with another higher priced technician, you will be responsible for paying the difference in cost of the service.
Please note, model redo’s will only be done during class times and you must schedule the redo with the stylist who originally provided you with the service during a class time. 

We require a 24 hour notice to cancel, change, or reschedule hair cutting and color appointments; or 50% of the scheduled services will be charged. Only upon payment of the cancellation charge will we schedule your next appointment.
We require a 72 hour notice to cancel, change, or reschedule Thermal Reconditioning, Smooth Control, Keratin Treatments, and Brazilian Blowout appointments to refund your deposit.  A 50% deposit is required when scheduling these services.
We require a 14 day notice to cancel, change, or reschedule for Extensions Services or for our bridal contract, notice of the scheduled service to refund your deposit.

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide your scheduled service and a cancellation fee may apply.

All product sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges of products.  This includes blow dryers, flat irons, and curling irons.

We gladly accept: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept personal checks.
No gratuity may be added to your credit card.
